Kindly note that:

1. A deposit of 50% is a prerequisite for all orders of any amount.
2. A waiting period of 3-6 months is required for the production depending on the availability, complexity and designs.
3. A discount of 20% will be given to early-birds who order before 31 March 11. Strictly no negotiation on extension of discount.
4. Orders on small goods are subjected to availability.
5. Belle De Lis being the sole distributor for Chimaki in Singapore offers controlled price. Hence, the prices offered are the same or lower than Japan.
6. To guarantee availability, Dear would have to act fast as some items may not be made again depending on the availability of imported tapestry.
